Our Services

Our foundational services span the full spectrum of film festival submissions. This encompasses the assessment of films and providing feedback, expertly guiding and recommending suitable festivals for entry, as well as translating, refining, and proofreading all necessary submission documents. We ensure the completion and submission of these materials and offer prompt updates on the selection and award status following a successful application.

Furthermore, for clients with additional requirements, we offer an array of specialized ancillary services. These include the translation and meticulous proofreading of English subtitles, crafting of film posters, cutting of trailers, as well as managing IMDB entries and orchestrating film publicity and promotion efforts (fees adjusted as per the specific needs). Our goal is to deliver comprehensive support for your creations, facilitating their triumphant display on the global stage.

Service Flow

Preliminary Evaluation:

a. Determine the type of work being submitted and understand the demands of the submission.

b. A professional film review team evaluates the film and provides submission recommendations.

c. Based on the evaluation, select suitable competition and screening categories for the film, as well as appropriate film festivals to apply to, and design a submission plan.

Submission Services:

a. Provide suggestions for modifications in accordance with the rules of the film festivals.

b. Integrate the basic materials required by different film festivals.

c. Polish, translate, and proofread application materials.

d. Upload trailers, posters, and other film materials.

e. Submit to film festivals and complete the payment of application fees.

f. Keep up-to-date with the film festival results in real time.

Post-Submission Follow-Up:

a. Provide suggestions for arrangements concerning itineraries, travel, and accommodations for participating in the shortlisted film festivals.

b. Assist in communicating with the film festival committees for visa, accommodations, and screening arrangements.

c. Help coordinate with the film festival committees regarding the shipment and exhibition of the film’s DCP (Digital Cinema Package).

d. Track the schedule related to film festival activities. Awards can be accepted on behalf if required.

e. Create an Electronic Press Kit (EPK) for the film.
